The voucher is subject to the following restrictions: It must be redeemed for actual tickets.  Tickets are subject to availability and location of seats is at the discretion of the ticket office (Gold Circle and Premium Seats are not available). It will not be honored if altered or reproduced in any way and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.  

Winners are automatically contacted at the close of the auction.

Please note that this a fundraising event and there are no refunds. All auction items are non-transferable and valid only for personal use by auction winner. Re-sale of items is prohibited and subject to forfeiture.

Your credit card will be processed within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Please make sure in advance that your credit card information on file with Bidding for Good is accurate and up to date.

The SCARC Foundation reserves the right to reassign your item to the next highest bidder if payment is not made or your item is not picked up within Two (2) weeks of the close of the auction.

For all items not picked up at the event there will be a charge added for shipping to winning bidder's total.
