Back by popular demand! Come join seasoned hosts Stefan & Ariane Frank for an authentic three-course Swiss Raclette dinner for 8 at their home in Belmont.

Raclette, a dish indigenous to parts of Switzerland, is a round cheese heated either in front of a fire or by a special machine and then plated and accompanied by small firm potatoes, gherkins, other pickled vegetables, and dried meat.

This delicious evening will start with some light appetizers before moving to the star of the show--Raclette--and finishing with cordials, coffee or tea, and a sweet surprise!
