Description

Ever wanted to take a motorcycle ride on a BMW touring bike?

Now's the time to experience the sheer pleasure of open-air riding. Join FCB member Brian Kopperl or FCB member Sean Westgate on a roughly 90-minute motorcycle ride on a warm spring day. Meet at Verrill Farm in Concord, where we’ll proceed by motorbike on back roads out to Prospect Hill/Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA, and then have a short break for coffee at the Harvard General Store before looping back to Verrill Farm.

Brian Kopperl has 35+ years of experience riding motocycles and has owned bikes since 2012. He has ridden thousands of miles all over the back roads of New England, Northern California, Thailand, and Appalachia.

Sean Westgate has been riding motorcycles for 35+ years and has owned bikes for the past 20 years. He has ridden all over the Northeast and completed multiple 2,000 mile+ tours, including Boston to Chicago to Montreal and back to Boston, Provo, UT to Houston, TX to Mobile, AL to Boston, and most recently Boston to Harriman, TN and back to see the eclipse!

Motorcycle helmets and riding jackets will be provided. The guest riders must bring gloves, sunglasses, boots with ankle protection, and a readiness to follow Brian's and Sean's lead and lean in on turns as they're made. Two conditions are simple: (1) no alcohol, etc.; and (2) the guest rider must weigh less than 175 pounds.
