Have you ever wondered how watercolor artists use their medium to create different effects in their paintings? Come play with watercolor paint and find out! We’ll use professional-grade paint, paper, and brushes as we explore various techniques and indulge in a delightful selection of wines, cheeses, and chocolates.

Because watercolor has a mind of its own, happy (painting) accidents are strongly encouraged! Absolutely no experience is necessary!

 
Susan Johnson is a science educator and watercolor artist. Her work has recently appeared in group exhibits of the Belmont Art Association, Concord Art Association and New England Watercolor Society, and in September, Susan had a solo show at Habitat Education Center.
