The mission of Viking Gymnastics & Dance is to teach your child gymnastics and dance in a safe and encouraging fashion. Our classes maintain a small student-teacher ratio to give the highest quality individualized instruction to every student. Instructors are kept up to date on the most effective coaching and dance techniques for the mind and body, so your son or daughter gets the most out of every session. Viking Gymnastics & Dance strives to make your child stronger and more physically aware of his or her capabilities, and at the same time educates them on how to set goals and overcome challenges, which are essential life-long lessons.
