Sat Nam Yoga Chicago is imparting the highly respected teachings of spiritual teacher, Yogi Bhajan, we deliver authentic Kundalini Yoga and Meditation 7 days a week. We also offer Vinyasa, Yin, Qi Gong, Mindful Vinyasa, Hatha, Partner Yoga, Restorative and Tween Girls Yoga. There are plenty of opportunities to delve deeper into your practice with weekend workshops, Healing Circles, Full/New Moon Ceremonies and Live Kirtans.
