Pilates Chicago is internationally recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance as meeting the highest standards of Pilates training. We offer Private, Semi-private, and Group Pilates sessions with extensively trained instructors. We also offer apprenticeship-based instructor training. At Pilates Chicago, we know that everyone has different needs. We devise a customized program to meet the needs of each individual body.
