Come learn to brew kombucha with Ivo and his dad, Derek. We will make a  batch of kombucha, and learn about mashing, sparging, boiling, and fermenting. A full brew day takes 4+ hours. Lunch will be provided, as well as breaks to play with Legos.

Date TBD based on mutual convenience.

Two weeks after brew day, the winning adult bidder will get about eight bottles of beer. Ivo might make labels if you ask nicely.
