This certificate has no cash value and may only be used at Sunset Hills Country Club. This certificate may not be traded for any items. Certificate must be used in full on the same day.

Special Instructions
Bidder will be responsible for shipping / mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost or stolen. Therefore, tracking and/or insurance is advised.
Auction items will not be shipped nor available for pick-up prior to January 27th, 2020.
