The Kingfisher house is located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood in Bend Oregon. Bend is a great town for families with lots of outdoor activities. In the summer float the river, in the winter ski Mt. Bachelor that is only a 30 minute drive up the mountain. The home is located just 2 blocks from First Street Rapids whitewater park on the Deschutes River. Walk to downtown. Soak in the hot tub or hop on a cruiser bike to explore the Westside. Furry friends will love the river trail.
Fantastic layout for families with 2 bedrooms in the house and a detached studio apartment complete with living area, kitchenette and king master suite with an additional futon.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with sit down dining for 6 and a sunny breakfast nook. There is a gas grill with dining for 6 on the garden deck.
