Many times there are cats we see in our neighborhoods or where we work...you can tell no one notices them or cares about them.  We have dedicated volunteers who do notice and do care.  They provide these cats with food and water on a daily basis.  Some of these cats have been part of a TNR program....Trap, Neuter, Return.  You can see the clipped ear and know that cat has been trapped before, it was neutered and returned to its original place.  All cats in TNR programs are not fit to be put into a home....they want their freedom and never do good in a home. We try to care for them as best we can....
