Must be in overall good health. Must complete and sign all required paperwork. Must have consultation with the doctor prior to treatment, which may be done on the same day as the treatment. Botox should not be administered to a pregnant or nursing woman. Botox should not be administered to anyone with a significant neurological disease including but not limited to Myasthenia Gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (AML, Lou Gehrig’s disease), or Parkinson’s disease. Botox should not be administered to anyone with a known allergy to the toxin ingredients or to human albumin.

Bidder will be responsible for shipping / mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.

Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost or stolen. Therefore, tracking and/or is advised.

Auction items will not be shipped or will not be able to be picked up prior to April 15, 2020.

Special Note - Crespi Carmelite High School will be closed from April 9-April 21, 2020 for Easter break. However, the Advancement Office will be open during certain hours listed below.

Local bidders may pick up from Crespi Office of Advancement on April 15 and 16,  2020 between the hours of 2pm-6pm, and on April 17, 2020 from 2pm-5pm. Beginning Monday, April 20, 2020 pick up hours will resume as normal from 9am-4pm.
