BLAZING SADDLES INDOOR CYCLING IN SHERMAN OAKS
Certificate for Five (5) Spinning Classes
Spinning is a no-impact aerobic exercise program that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle and can be done by people of all fitness levels. Our Spinning classes combine coaching, strength and stamina-building, energizing music, cardio-vascular health and a monster calorie burn.
Spinning burns serious calories (between 400-800 in 45 minutes). It tones the quad muscles, the outer thigh muscles, the glutes, abs and arms.
Special Instructions
- Not redeemable for cash or merchandise.
- Classes expire one-year from date of redemption.
Bidder will be responsible for shipping / mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost or stolen. Therefore, tracking and/or is advised.
Auction items will not be shipped or will not be able to be picked up prior to April 15, 2020.
Special Note - Crespi Carmelite High School will be closed from April 9-April 21, 2020 for Easter break. However, the Advancement Office will be open during certain hours listed below.
Local bidders may pick up from Crespi Office of Advancement on April 15 and 16, 2020 between the hours of 2pm-6pm, and on April 17, 2020 from 2pm-5pm. Beginning Monday, April 20, 2020 pick up hours will resume as normal from 9am-4pm.
