Certificate good for 1 pre-purchase home inspection provided that the home is under contract to be purchased. 

Gift certificate good for the purchase of a single family home for up to and including 2,000 square feet of home. Auction winner may choose to apply this towards the cost of an inspection of a home in excess of 2,000 square feet. 

This is a one-time use certificate and must be presented at the time of the home inspection.
