**All reservations are subject to a required supplement of $125 per person/per night which provides all dining, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, resort facilities, activities, service charges, and gratuities.**
The resort certificate provides 7-9 nights accommodation (double occupancy) for three rooms (valued at up to $1200 per room depending on dates of travel) at St. James's Club and Villas. Government tax is additional.
Reservations are subject to availability and some restrictions apply. Flights not included.

Winning bidders may pick up their items at a yet-to-be-determined future date at the Advancement Office at Congressional School, 3229 Sleepy Hollow Road, Falls Church, VA. Notification of pick-up availability will be emailed to the winning bidders once it is determined. We anticipate this will be early June based on current guidance from the State of Virginia. Please note that emails can only be sent to the winning bidder’s registered email address.
