This program can be done is little as 1-2 hours, though it is best to spread it out in 20-30 minute increments over a few days. Once you have the affirmation written, you should write it or say it out loud every day for 1-3 months... and then repeat the process ;)  Some good news is that some of this course content will be released as a book in 2020! The perfect time for a refresher!
