This certificate is good for an Omega Institute Rest & Rejuvenation Retreat, for two, in our 2020 season, and double “A” housing accommodations and meals.  The R&R includes use of all of Omega’s facilities (the Lake, walking trails, tennis, the Library and more), optional yoga, tai chi and movement classes, a morning RR class (topics vary and may include stress reduction, astrology, journal writing, and nature walks).  For more information go to R&R Retreat on Omega’s web site.
