This program is for children ages 7-11. Students are taught the martial arts of Tang Soo Do and Hapkido in a structured environment. Through kicking, punching, and blocking children begin their progress towards self-discipline.

Forms of sparring assist in improving coordination ad pattern recognition, while self-defense increaes awareness. 

Classes are 60-75 minutes long and are available 6 days per week.
