Only 500 He-Man statues were made. This one is in excellent condition, all parts are included and it is autographed by the Four Horsemen (the design group responsible for developing the Masters of the Universe).  [note: the sword pictured at He-Man's feet is slightly damaged - all the rest of his weapons are perfect.]
