You and up to 4 guests will get a behind the scenes tour of the Scientific Research Dept. of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Visit laboratories and see how scientists investigate paintings, photographs, sculptures and other works of art to learn about the artists' techniques and how, together with art conservators, they develop conservation treatments and preservation strategies to keep artworks for future generations to enjoy!
