Lamia welcomes your children for an afternoon of cooking at the Lower School EB Kitchen.
Lamia Spohn is a private chef and also a Pastry chef Manager at Choux bakery in San Francisco. She loves to teach and passes on her experience. She will share with students her passion for food, the science aspects of cooking, food safety and the importance of eating healthy. If your kids want to discover new flavors, a new way to eat each ingredient and to educate your palate, let them come cook the best and freshest organic ingredients available on the market.
Your kids will be introduced to the basics and techniques of french cooking and baking and Lamia will share with you her secret recipes, so that you
will be able to share the benefit with your loved ones!
