Ramen Shop opened its doors in 2013 at the foot of the Oakland hills, in the Rockridge neighborhood. Started by three Chez Panisse alumni, Ramen Shop offers one of a kind ramen, made with organic and sustainable produce. The menu changes daily and is inspired by the market, offering an elaborate and local take on Ramen.
