Do you remember The Galley restaurant? Perhaps it was Visitors' Day and your parents took you off the camp property for an afternoon burger and fries. Or maybe you were a staff member on time-off -- shooting a little pool and plugging the jukebox for hours. 

Well, The Galley is still standing but about to change. Some friends of camp have purchased the property and dock and spent the last year working to both preserve and update the restaurant with the respect and charm it deserves. Gracie Gardner from Blue Hill at Stone Barns (https://www.bluehillfarm.com) and Rosa Shipley from Diner in Brooklyn (http://dinernyc.com) have moved to Lopez and will be taking over as General Managers/Executive Chefs. It would be their pleasure to offer you a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience and serve a special lunch, brunch, or dinner made exclusively for you and to your liking. 

Please know the restaurant is currently under construction and our goal is to be open by July 20th, 2020; however, we cannot guarantee we will meet this timeline. Private meal for 6-10 people, dates to be agreed upon after restaurant opening. Beer/wine/cocktails paired by the team.
