Stay up to four nights at our small house in central Austin. Suitable for one person or a couple, the casita has one queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and three quarter bath. There's a patio, speedy internet, boat-type washer-dryer, and plenty of parking. Located a mile south of downtown between South Congress Avenue and South 1st Street. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc.
Special Instructions
Hosted by former Nor'wester parents. Choose any mutually agreeable time prior to March 2021. Excludes "event" weekends (SXSW, Austin City Limits, Formula 1, Christmas). We typically lease the casita to a single tenant for June, July, and August (it's hotter than hell here then anyway). But there will be many fall, winter, and spring dates to choose from.
