The whole house is yours and the beach is directly in front of the house.

Other things to note
The bird watching is amazing. Great blue herons, eagles, and many others are usually nearby. When the tide goes out, the beach is a mud flat and you can walk way out, although it can get muddy! There are kayaks available if you want to use at high tide. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome in this house.
