I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified EFT Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique /Tapping) and Wellness Event Leader. I am a mother of 3 beautiful, creative, wild children and a lover and explorer of all things health and healing.

I am so happy to have you on this journey with me! Edible Foods was born from the desire to help others heal their bodies naturally. I believe the key to our health is changing the way we think and feel about how we nourish our whole being; mind, body & spirit.
