Once per week, we offer a special guided tour led by one of our distillers. This includes a detailed tour of our production processes, including mashing, fermentation, distillation, aging, and packaging of our spirits. We dive deeper into the science of distillation and what goes into making the spirits you love to drink. The tour will conclude with a tutored tasting designed to help you learn how to approach and appreciate spirits. We dive into sensory perception, nosing and perform a blind tasting. Distiller’s tours are by appointment only, Saturdays at 5 p.m., and lasts approximately 1.5 - 2 hours.
