A real treat to taste and observe development. Fully at its prime now. Aromas of dried fig, dried cranberry, Earl Grey tea, mushrooms and old cigar box. Smooth and balanced, not lacking anything at this moment, but giving so much. I think the rich fruit concentration here is the main factor that keeps this wine together, while the acidity plays a background role. Long, savory finish. Top-notch quality from one of my favorite Bordeaux appellations.
