On a late summer date yet to be determined, veteran Chef Evan Mallett of acclaimed Portsmouth restaurant Black Trumpet will lead a foraging party of four people on a three-hour walk at multiple locations in search of local wild foods, including plants, mushrooms and sea vegetables. Participants will return from the walk with harvested food and suggestions for preparing it, as well as an understanding of how sustainable wild foraging can augment our diet with a connection to the natural world.
