Three bedrooms that sleep six, plus a futon in a non-private screen room and a couch in the living room so arguably 9 in total. One full bath and one half-bath with washer and dryer. Well behaved dogs but no cats. 

Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday stay at a private home in Franklin, NH on Webster Lake in August or September. Fully stocked 3 bedroom vacation home, includes access to a fire pit, hammock, canoe, and paddle boards. Listen to the loons while you enjoy a beverage on the porch as the sun sets at this beautiful and comfortable home - only an hour and 20 minutes from Portsmouth.
