Signed on the bottom by the pottery artist, Susan DeMay.

"Susan DeMay produces functional and decorative stoneware pottery... She maintains a studio, Made by deMay, in Smithville, Tennessee with the help a number of assistants. Her work includes a production line of tabletop wares as well as a series of art pieces...Her ceramics studio produced several production lines, most famously sold at the Smithsonian Museum Stores... All clay work uses colorful glazes with a variety of surfaces, put together to create rich, expressive palettes and distinctive designs. Susan conducts numerous glazing workshops in the region and participates in many exhibitions around the Southeast. Her work can be found in public and private collections."

This item may be picked up at BGHP between 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday at the Breast and GYN Health Project, 987 8th Street, Arcata, CA (Next to the Arcata Co-op). Please call us to schedule your pick up during this crazy COVID-19 times - masks are required. BGHP is open Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm Pacific Time, special pick-up times can be arranged. 707-825-8345 or email rosegz@hcbhp.org. We will be closed on November 26th and 27th for Thanksgiving. We are willing to make arrangements for afterhours and weekend pick-ups.
