Are you looking for a new exercise routine? Well then this might be for you! This fitness kit comes complete with a body ball, air pump and exercise wall chart. The included exercises are designed for a full body workout program. Each exercise involves several muscle groups to improve balance, coordination and flexibility. The exercises are also designed to promote a healthier posture. The ball is sized for individuals 5'0" to 5'3".

This item may be picked up at BGHP between 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday at the Breast and GYN Health Project, 987 8th Street, Arcata, CA (Next to the Arcata Co-op). Please call us to schedule your pick up during this crazy COVID-19 times - masks are required. BGHP is open Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm Pacific Time, special pick-up times can be arranged. 707-825-8345 or email rosegz@hcbhp.org. We will be closed on November 26th and 27th for Thanksgiving. We are willing to make arrangements for afterhours and weekend pick-ups.
