Octavio Cantina & Kitchen is a love letter to Mexico. We offer a menu of deeply inspired rustic dishes and familiar Mexican fare for lunch and dinner as well as brunch on the weekends. We are proud to offer one of the largest collections of tequilas and mezcals in Chicago and our late night menu gives you extra reason to stay up late.

Named for the beloved twentieth century Nobel Prize-winning Mexican writer Octavio Paz, here is a destination with stories to share—behind the bar, in the kitchen and at the table—a restaurant that embraces our namesake’s legacy of telling tales as well as the culinary traditions of the country he so tellingly loved.
