You will receive your house portrait matted and ready for framing. Size of watercolor itself will be 5”x7”. Mat’s outside dimensions are 8”x10”, which is a ready-made frame size (no need for expensive custom framing).
Special Instructions
Winner will provide photo of home via email, to jphollmann@hotmail.com, along with any specific requests (e.g. “leave out the garbage cans”). Portrait will be completed and available for pickup in upper Manhattan 2-3 weeks from date of receipt of photo. Expiration date is 3/28/2021.
