Take a guided tour of Broadway! A total of four guests will get a guided walking tour of Broadway's theater district, followed by cheesecake and a drink at Sardi's, the classic theater district restaurant. The walking tour includes discussion of the Times Square area and its transformation from transit hub to theater district to adult entertainment area to its current family-friendly incarnation. I'll explain the theater ownership system, show off current and former sites of important theaters, and help everyone see this bustling section of New York with new eyes.

Your tour guide will Derek Miller, a theater historian at Harvard University, currently writing a book about Broadway history. In the evenings, he moonlights as parent to a PS75 first-grader.
