OPEX South Brooklyn is a personalized health facility focused on movement, nourishment and lifestyle coaching. Our mission is to teach people how to take care of their bodies so they can live longer. We’re doing this by building the healthcare facility of the future focused on preventative health.

Before working with us, all clients will go through three assessments:

- Body – We measure each client’s body composition with the inBody 570
- Move – We screen each client for movement and strength ability, as well as injury and any other limitation
- Work – We have each client perform a 10 minute power-endurance test to measure their current aerobic capacity

After the assessments, each client will receive a personalized program for exercise, nutrition and lifestyle habits built around their goals and lifestyle. The client will receive their workouts and be able to communicate with their coach over the TrueCoach mobile app.

The 4-Week Trial ($249 Value) includes all three assessments as well as 4 weeks of personalized exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programming with unlimited access to our facility.
