A one month memberhship at Anchor Health and Performance!

Anchor Health and Performance was opened by owner, Mark Rhynard, in 2014. Anchor is a unique health & fitness facility, located in Warren, RI, specializing in group cross-training classes, high intensity interval training classes and obstacle course training, as well as youth programs for a diverse group of members from our local communities.

Over the last five years, Mark has helped hundreds of people in the community become happier and healthier, physically, mentally and emotionally, through his inspiration, passion and commitment to caring for others. His members participate together in events and enjoy activities ranging from local road races to obstacle course races throughout New England.

The Anchor Health and Performance community, is a family. They choose to support one another throughout their individual journeys, rather than being competitive and judgmental.​ Together, Mark and his members, motivate, encourage, and support each other selflessly, to be better versions of themselves every day.
