The idea for Pulse Fitness Studio stemmed directly from the apparent need to offer more than just one class in a boutique facility, allowing clients to tone and strengthen their bodies through a myriad of fun, intense, and creative workouts. Energy, variation, and positive motivation are all key elements of a Pulse class.

Studio owner Mark Harari has been training personal clients and instructing group classes for over 10 years and is an AFAA certified trainer.
