One week stay at 3br 3ba beach house on the sand, Hollywood Beach in Oxnard, CA. 

 Watch the sunset over the ocean from the living room couch! 

~1hr 15 minute drive from Beverly Glen Playgroup via PCH or 101. 

 - Walk-able to many restaurants, bars, and the harbor. 

- Walk to a great park with play equipment for younger and older kids. 

- Have breakfast right across the street from the house at the Hollywood Beach Cafe. 

- Rent a small electric boat from Hopper Boat Rentals and explore the harbor. 

- Walk to Island Packers and take a whale watching cruise or day trip to explore one of the many Channel Islands. 

- Golf at Olivas Links five miles away, or drive to many other prime courses like Sandpiper and La Purisima. 

- A short drive will take you to Ventura, Ojai, or Santa Barbara and many other adventures. 

No smoking, no pets.

Six overnight guests max, or 8 as long as kids don’t outnumber adults.

Details: all three beds are queen-sized, but there is room in the master bedroom for a pack n play or air mattress as well. (1 pack n play and 2 bed bumpers already at the house)

There is also a pullout couch that turns into a queen bed in the TV area upstairs.

Additionally, the two couches in the living area can be slept on comfortably, and there’s room for air mattresses there as well, but guests will have to bring their own blankets if they are planning on using those.
