Description
This certificate (value $350) is for a VFW Hall Rental from the Easton Lions Club Annual Auction, to use the VFW Hall and kitchen facilities at the Private George F. Shindler Post 2547, Veterans of Foreign Wars, located at 61 Rockland Street; at the
corner of Allen Road and Rockland Street.
The winner of this Hall Rental will call the VFW Post at 508-238-9063 and make arrangements with the BarTender for a date and time that is available and open. The VFW does not allow any teen parties or rock bands to meet or perform at the post. The rental includes the use of kitchen facilities. This is a $350.00 value.
Note: The VFW Post does not open for business until 3 pm, and if you want to utilize the hall before 3 pm, there is an extra $50.00 fee.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
Winning bidders must pick up their items on the day of the Celebration of Easton Auction broadcast, March 7, from 7:30-9:00 pm, at the Richardson Olmsted Cafeteria, 101 Lothrop Street, Easton, MA. To the extent that you cannot pick up an item on March 7th, we have three delivery options. Packaging & shipping charges will be applied separately:
- Certificates and gift cards: $3 per household mailed to USPS address (the same charge for 1 or more certificates).
- Physical items for Easton residents only: $5 per item (e.g., if three items won, the total charge is $15), items will be hand-delivered by a Lion's courier.
- Physical items to non-Easton residents: Cost will vary by item and distance. Please email auction@eastonlions.org to discuss details for your item of interest. Fragile items may cost $30 or more to ship.
