Winner will coordinate with Jason and Diana on a mutually agreeable date within the calendar year. Dinner and wine will be provided in the winner's private residence in the Chicagoland area. Jason and Diana have both been named Food and Wine's Best New Chef. Jason is a James Beard Foundation semi-finalist, and Diana is a finalist. Both Giant and Mi Tocaya have been named Bon Appetit's Best New Restaurant and both appear on the 2020 Michelin Bib Gourmand list.
