Getting in an efficient workout is easy when you visit our Lincoln Park Orangetheory Fitness.
We offer interval training sessions that are proven to boost heart rates and metabolism. Each session at our location is 60 minutes long. During that hour, you'll rotate through workout stations and pieces of equipment that will test your endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and power. By releasing bursts of energy, you could lose weight and boost your fitness level.
No matter your fitness level, you're welcome at our Orangetheory studio. We aim to help people of all abilities. Whether you want to exercise for a longer duration of time, enjoy more power and flexibility or lose weight, we'll help you throughout every step of the process.
