il Bistro is a homey chef-owned bistro offering Italian comfort food & a wine list with local vineyards noted. Seasonal homemade pasta, lovingly made by Brunella Gualerzi, puts this rustic provincial Italian place on the radar of pasta aficionados. The dining area features exposed brick and white tablecloths.

Il Bistro Italiano focuses on Italian cuisine with particular emphasis in Northern Italian cuisine. The menu changes with each season and several times within season. From the very beginning, there has been a conscious focus on using as many local ingredients as possible. il Bistro's chef works with local farmers and ranchers for produce and meats and they also use other Colorado foods as much as possible.

il Bistro is open for dinner five evenings a week, Tuesday through Saturday. They often have special events at the restaurant such as half-off wine nights, when all of the bottles of wine are 50% off, special regional wine pairing dinners, cooking classes and much more. il Bistro also has catering services that span from simple take out family style dinners to complex, off site caterings up to 200 guests.
