A little about the instructor...

Porscha walked into her first yoga class on a rest day in Bishop, CA, and was instantly hooked. She was amazed by the grace and serenity with which the teacher flowed through the class and her background in dance and rock climbing gave her a deep appreciation for the meditation in movement. It is the challenge of finding physical, mental, and spiritual balance both on and off the mat, as well as the knowledge that there will always be more to learn, that fuels her passion for yoga. In 2012, Porscha finished her 200 hour, Hatha yoga, teacher training at the Academy of Yoga in Grand Junction and an Anatomy, Therapy & Asana workshop with Martin Kirk. Porscha teaches classes designed to quiet the mind, open the heart and reveal our natural happiness, through movement, breath and music.
