Herman "Herm" and his wife, Elizabeth "Lizzy", Johnson built "Herman's Inn" in the early 1900s.  During this time, Canyon Road was the only route into Logan Canyon.  Herman's Inn was literally one's first chance to gas up outside the mouth of the canyon.  If you look around you will find the original "first chance" and "last chance" signs hanging on their historic walls.  

Building owner and local businessman, Jim Laub, had a vision of restoring the Herm's Inn building to its former glory.  The building was restored in 2012 and has since housed the best food in the valley.  Everyone at Herm's hopes you enjoy the rich history of Herm's Inn as you "top off the tank" with your last chance for great food.
