Jack's Wood Fired Oven is known for its authentic, European-style, hand-crafted pizzas. Jack's Valoriani oven comes from the hills of Central Italy and is fueled by a maple-wood fire. Reaching temperatures in excess of 1200°, our oven gives Jack's signature crust its smokey flavor and crispy texture.

Jack's uses the freshest ingredients we can find. They cut their own meats and vegetables, make their own sauces, and custom create each pizza to order. Jack's pizza dough is made daily from locally milled, organic flour. Nothing is pre-made and re-heated, pre-packaged or served out of a box or can.
