Winemaker's Notes: Bright and lively, the nose shows off aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry. Anise, fennel, and a touch of lavender belie the fresh fruit character. Flavors of cranberry and strawberry mix with citrus notes of bergamot, adding depth and intrigue. The palate is broad and refined with a finish of Earl Grey tea. Great for early consumption with simple preparations of duck or a seasonal mushroom duxelles on toasted brioche.

Rated 90 points by Wine Advocate, The 2017 Pinot Noir Sonoma County has a pale to medium ruby color and nose of soft red cherry, cranberry and strawberry preserves with notes of cinnamon stick, dried leaves, and potpourri. The palate is light to medium-bodied and softly fruited with fine, grainy tannins and good freshness on the spicy finish.1,624 cases produced. Anticipated maturity: 2019 2024.
