Have you always wanted to get started with Pilates? Here's the chance!
This offering consists of an Introductory Session & a Beginner Package (3 private pilates sessions).
These will include private workouts at Simply Pilates Studio in Sebastopol, CA with Teacher/ Owner, Colleen McCarty. These workout sessions are designed to introduce and teach the Pilates fundamentals and prepare the recipient for classes.
As a teacher, Colleen believes in the power of movement to heal, center and transform bodies and lives. She teaches classical Pilates with an integrative approach, not only by utilizing all apparatus but also by incorporating whole individuals, their lives, goals, and needs.
Special Instructions
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, March 25, 2020 from 2:00-6:00pm and Thursday, March 26, 2020 from 12:00 noon-2:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
SunRidge School is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping and/or mailing.
