Three private 1-hour sessions will take place in Occidental, CA using this wonderful and unique exercise modality tailored to your personal needs. In these sessions, Juliann will guide you through gentle, supportive fluid movements that will stretch and strengthen you, and you'll feel great after!
The Gyrotonic Expansion System offers a beautiful way to exercise. Combining the movement principles underlying ballet, swimming, chi gong, and yoga, the Gyrotonic workout leaves you feeling energized, relaxed, and balanced.

Pick up/shipping information:
At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, March 25, 2020 from 2:00-6:00pm and Thursday, March 26, 2020 from 12:00 noon-2:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
SunRidge School is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping and/or mailing.
