PLEASE READ: The certificate is NOT an admission ticket. Completed certificate must be received by May 8, 2020. You must complete the certificate and mail the original to the address provided in order to receive tickets. The certificate cannot be exchanged for a different event. The certificate cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets are mailed 2-4 weeks prior to the race event after Sonoma Raceway receives the completed certificate.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, item will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. 

Items are shipped via Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with the United States Postal Service. This item will ship in a flat envelope. The shipping cost will be $7.75 plus the cost of insurance. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees. ($8.40 for padded flat rate envelope) 

If more than one item is won, we will combine shipping and make the necessary shipping cost adjustment. If the items do not fit into a Flat Rate box, the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team. 

For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, March 25, 2020 from 2:00-6:00pm and Thursday, March 26, 2020 from 12:00 noon-2:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California.  All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email. 

SunRidge School is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping and/or mailing.
